Cedar Hill General Services uses the information you send to respond to requests, provide service, and keep business records. It is not sold or used for advertising lists.

You may share contact details, a location, project information, photos, or documents. Send only what is useful for the job. Please keep passwords and access or recovery codes out of messages and uploads.

Cloudflare hosts and protects the site, checks forms for spam, sends notifications, and stores form submissions and uploads privately. These services process IP addresses, browser details, and security signals. Cloudflare Web Analytics measures page views and performance without advertising profiles or tracking visitors across other websites.

Uploaded files keep their original metadata. How long information is kept depends on the request and any ongoing need for service history, business records, or legal obligations.

Maps and location searches

The service-area checker sends search text to Photon as you type and uses OpenStreetMap tiles to display the map. Those providers receive the search or map request and connection information. Use a city, neighborhood, ZIP code, or landmark if you prefer not to share an exact address.

Public vehicle service records

Vehicle service records, documents, invoices, and selected photos are public. Anyone with their web addresses can view or share them. They may be kept as part of the vehicle’s history. Public vehicle images have embedded location metadata removed. Archival sources may retain it.
