Information you may provide

When you call, text, email, or use the request form, you may provide your name, phone number, email address, address or neighborhood, project details, preferred contact method, timing, and project photos. The website review form also asks for a private verification name and contact method, your chosen public display name, review text, service type, optional service month and general location, relationship disclosure, and optional project photo.

How it is used

This information is used to understand your request, decide whether the work is a good fit, communicate with you, estimate travel or scheduling needs, and provide the requested service. It is not collected for advertising lists or sold to others.

Photos and location details

Project photos and addresses can contain private information. Please send only what is useful for evaluating the work. Small photos may be delivered to the business inbox as email attachments. When private R2 storage is connected, larger photos may be stored there and referenced in the notification instead. A deletion schedule must be chosen for both the mailbox and R2 before launch. Public project photos will be used only with appropriate customer permission and without private details.

Website review submissions

Reviews submitted through this website are sent privately for manual moderation and are not published automatically. Your full name, email address, and phone number are used only to verify or follow up on the submission. If a review is approved, the public version may include only the display name, review text, general location, service type or month, required relationship disclosure, and any photo you specifically allowed Cedar Hill General Services to publish.

Pending review messages and photos may remain in the business mailbox or private R2 storage until they are verified, accepted or declined, and handled under the retention schedule selected before launch. Approved photos should be checked for private details and stripped of embedded metadata before a public copy is added to the site. You may request correction, removal, or deletion using the email address below.

Service-area checker

The launch version of the service-area checker runs in your browser using general place and ZIP information. It does not send or store what you type. If a full-address geocoder is added later, this notice will be updated before that feature goes live.

Service providers

The website is intended to be hosted by Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may process limited technical information needed to deliver the site, protect the form from spam, send a request notification, and privately store uploaded photos if those features are enabled. Their services have their own terms and privacy practices.

Questions or deletion requests

To ask what information is being held or request deletion of a submitted message or photo, email david@cedarhillgs.com. Some information may need to be retained when reasonably necessary for an active job, recordkeeping, safety, or legal obligations.
